The opportunity

A 2024 Brightlocal study found that 77% of consumers use at least two review platforms in their business research. They also found that, although the overall review economy is growing every year, the usage of all major review platforms is slowly declining, and users are looking for alternatives to find and leave high quality recommendations and experiences.

This presents an opportunity for creating an application that is not only fun and social, but also solves the problems of fake reviews, review bias, and the lack of incentivization.
